GREY MATTER BIKE

Introducing our latest custom build – GREY MATTER. This bike is a serious powerhouse, built from the ground up to handle tough terrain while delivering a one-of-a-kind riding experience.

From the custom battery cooling system to the precision-built drivetrain and braking setup, every detail of Grey Matter was crafted with performance, durability, and style in mind.

Grey with pattern detail and gold accents

Custom made Zoceli Naosm full suspension steel frame with 160mm of travel and has a mullet set up with 27.5 in the rear and 29 up front made in the Czech Republic

Rear shock is a Cane Creek Tigon model shock using a Ohlins 480lbs spring.

Front fork is a Ohlins RXF 38 m2 with 170mm of travel.

Wheels are custom laced with WTB e-bike rims with WTB Vignette 2.8 tires front and rear the front hub is a i9 hub also both tires have Tannus tube liners

Rear drivetrain is a 3x3 geared 9 speed hub which is made to handle e-bike torque loads.

Customized Hope Tech 4 V4 brakes with upgraded Jagwire hose with Hope rotors with a 220mm up front and a 203mm in the rear

Carbon Enve M9 handlebars.

Customized Bafang BBSHD motor with a custom high power tune. 

Custom made by Powerful Lithium USA and is a high discharge capable 52v 21ah battery.

Custom made battery bag using our new cool temp technology cooling bag with our logo embroidered on the bag in matching gold. 

The whole system is monitored and controlled using a EggRider display in a protective housing.

We built the Grey Matter Bike, to showcase our shop capabilities using top tier parts and our extensive R&D. We wanted to test out the durability of a steel framed full suspension frame, in contrast with the typical aluminum or carbon frame. Time will tell how this build stacks up!
